Challenge
Brøndums Hotel needed qualified applications for their available positions and wanted engaging employer branding films that highlighted the everyday working life at Brøndums Hotel.
Process
We started the project by meeting Brøndums and their agency, First Coffee. Here, we discussed the purpose, target group, platforms, and formats, which are key to determining early in the process.
After agreeing on the subjects mentioned above, we began to develop a concept that would visually embrace the history of Brøndums Hotel, with three employees as the main characters in each film. Each of these three employees worked in different roles and was chosen to showcase diversity and reach the desired target group. Given that the platform was Facebook, we knew that each film had to be short so that it could perform well with Facebook's algorithm. This also meant creating short and precise scripts, which we wrote after conducting interviews with the three employees.
The visual direction of the film was chosen with Brøndums' DNA in mind, where themes such as craftsmanship, simplicity, high quality, and history play a big role.
