Challenge
Steff Houlberg approached us with the desire to create engaging and entertaining films for their new packaging campaign.
Process
We held preliminary meetings with the team behind Steff Houlberg, where we familiarized ourselves with the brand, its visual identity, and its tone of voice. The project needed to understand the persona of “Steff Houlberg”—how this character speaks and who the target customers are—to effectively reach the intended audience. After our meetings, we moved on to the concept brainstorming with clear insights in hand.
The objective was to showcase their new packaging for sausages and ready meals. And since Steff is portrayed as a fun character, humor was essential! We devised a concept consisting of five films: three short films lasting 5-6 seconds and two longer versions of 15 seconds each. All films featured a main character embodying Steff himself—a guy who comically believes he’s the best, even though he tries too hard. We cast an actor for the role, invested heavily in props, and rented a studio where we could control the lighting and playfully toss sausages around. This project was truly a blast!
